How can I use the ePTZ or AI feature in Slack video calls?

If you are using Windows 10, click your profile icon at the upper right, go to Preferences > Audio & Video > Select PW513 CamEngine as illustrated below. 






Notes:
At some point in the recent past, Apple changed various internal security settings to make virtual webcams hard to access. All the major videoconferencing apps have struggled to interconnect. So it's unavailable to use CamEngine in Slack software under macOS.
