Why does my PC headphone have no sound once an AM310 is connected?

1. Make sure that the microphone & headphones can’t be plugged into the pc simultaneously. Otherwise, the audio will get interference, while the AM310 microphone will automatically cut into the red (mute) mode.
2. If you would like to plug in the AM310 microphone and headphones simultaneously, please use the following picture to connect.
 


A. Plug the USB cable from the microphone into the USB port on the computer.
B. Connect your headphone to the microphone/mic jack 3.5mm port
