How can I adjust the microphone's recording volume? The adjustment knob on the microphone doesn't seem to be working

The volume adjustment knob on the AM310 microphone is used to adjust the computer audio volume when using PC monitoring mode. If you want to adjust the microphone's recording volume, please refer to the image below and adjust it within the system volume control panel.
