Solution for video and audio desync issues in OBS or Streamlabs.

Adjust OBS settings:

1. Open OBS and right-click on the "Mixer" gear icon.
2. Navigate to "Advanced Audio Properties" >> "Video Capture Device" and add a value of "50~200" (ms) to the "Sync Offset" option.
