Why can't I hear or receive any sound from the GC515?

1. Set the signal source output device to AVT GC515, and ensure that wired headphones are connected to the monitoring port on the GC515.



2. If using wireless Bluetooth headphones, pair them with the signal source.
3. Check that the audio input device (GC515) is enabled for output in both Streaming Center


and OBS Studio.
