Why is the light on, and suddenly turned red?

1. Check that your PC does not have both the microphone and headphones connected simultaneously; otherwise, the sound may be disrupted. The AM310 microphone will turn red and automatically enter the mute mode.

2.If you need to connect the AM310 and headphones together, please follow these steps:
A. Plug the USB cable of the microphone into the USB port on your computer.
B. Connect your headphones to the microphone's 3.5mm jack/mic jack.
