Live Gamer 4K (GC573) gets black screen in RECentral 4 upon switching the card (GC573) to another PCI-E slot, what to do?

We have encountered this situation during our internal test using Live Gamer 4K on MSI X399 platform. In order to fix the “black screen in RECentral 4” issue please make sure to update your Windows 10 to 1803 or newer version.
