Based on MSI Z170 Quick Guide, if the graphic card (GPU) is installed on the PCI_E2 slot, GC573 Live Gamer 4K can only be installed on the PCI_E6 slot.

1-2) GA Z97X-Gaming 3

Based on GA Z97X-Gaming 3 Quick Guide explanation, this is related to PCI-E bandwidth issue, if you installed graphic card (GPU) to PCI-E X16 slot the only option is to install Live Gamer 4K (GC573) to PCI-E X4 slot.

1-3) MSI X399 platform

We have encountered this situation during our internal test using Live Gamer 4K on MSI X399 platform. In order to fix the “black screen in RECentral 4” issue please make sure to update your Windows 10 to 1803 or newer version.
