I can’t see any VGA indication and my recordings had audio but no video, how can I fix this?
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1) Disconnect the VGA output and input cables from the CV910.
2) Turn on the CV910 and wait until the Status Indicatorturns
solid green.
(a) Reconnect the VGA cable to the CV910’s output port
(b) Reconnect the VGA cable to the CV910’s input port
(c) Lastly reconnect the VGA cable to your source device
3) Make sure your monitor’s resolution is supported by the CV910.
You can obtain the current resolution using the auto detect button on
your monitor.
