Why is there only blue screen and sound in my recorded files?
It is recommended to extend Windows desktop on your laptop while using the CV910. Also make sure the VGA indicator or the HDMI indicator is glowing green (valid signal). In addition, if the indicators are off, make sure your computer resolution and frame rate (Hz) are both supported by the CV910. If one of them is not supported, the recording will not be successful.(Please refer to “How to troubleshoot the signal error?” for supported resolutions and frame rates.)
