●How do we troubleshoot microphones that are unable to match devices:

Step1:

Please confirm that your microphone is near your receiver. A good rule of thumb is to have the microphone within 1 meter of the receiver. 

Step2:

When pairing multiple microphones ensure the microphone you’re pairing is within the distance specified above in step1. You do not need to turn off the receiver to pair a second microphone.
