Troubleshooting: Live Gamer Extreme 2 (GC551) is not found or connected
1. OS system: Please ensure you are using desktop/laptop on Windows 10 or 11. Live Gamer Extreme 2 (GC551) doesn't support macOS.
2. The issue may result from the connection between Live Gamer Extreme 2 (GC551) and the computer is damaged.
Solution 1: Ensure to use Type C to A cable comes along GC551 box, or try another USB 3 port on your PC, and also restart your computer.
Solution 2: If you have another computer, try your GC551 with it. This will let you know if the problem may be with the computer, or GC551.
3. A device on the USB bus may be causing the problem.
Solution: Unplug all other devices from the USB bus, and then try the GC551 again. If that helps, then reconnect the devices to your PC, one at a time, trying the GC551 when each device is attached. If you find that one particular device is causing the conflict, then please disconnect that device when using GC551.
4. Error code 10 / Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.
