How can I enable high frame rate (120p) from Xbox series X?

You need to untick "Allow 4K" ,  "Allow HDR10". Then, you can capture 1920X1080p120 / 2560X1440 p60 and pass through 1920X1080p120 / 2560X1440 p120 to the monitor when you are using Xbox series X.
