Why can't I hear my teammates' voices when playing games and chatting on an iPad?

Solution as follows:
Please note: Step 1: Open the game you want to play, but do not turn on the microphone. Step 2: Next, plug in the capture box; at this point, the capture box will take over the game audio. Step 3: Plug in headphones; the microphone will no longer have listening function but can be used for communication with teammates.
