When I want to record 4K60p HDR video with GC573 Live Gamer 4K I receive “frame rate decrease” error message and RECentral 4 inbuilt diagnosis tool shows that my platform only supports HDR recording at 4K30p. How to fix the situation?

GC573 Live Gamer 4K requires x4 PCI-E bandwidth for smooth operation of 4K60p HDR video content recording. Refer to following screenshot (H/W Info).

On some motherboards however the PCI-Ex16 slot is set to x2 mode by default.

Make sure to check your motherboard’s BIOS manual and confirm the necessary steps to adjust the bandwidth of the PCI-E slot accordingly (to X4) so as it can match GC573’s requirements.
