Why is recording with ER330 smooth, but playing back videos is not smooth?
If there are playback video stutters and recording segments missing, please check the following three points:
1. Confirm if the resolution and frame rate of the signal source are supported by the ER330. You can try adjusting the frame rate of the input source or testing with other signal sources.
2. Please ensure that the firmware of your ER330 is the latest version available on the official website.
3. Verify if the storage device is supported by the ER330 (Note: Please use an HDD/SSD (2TB in max) as an external hard drive (thumb-sized flash drives are not supported) or a U3 micro SD card (U3 A30, 512GB in max ).
