If I hear some hiss or static audio, how can I fix it?
1. It would be worthwhile to clarify where the hiss or static audio coming from. We recommend trying and isolate the unit to confirm whether this is the cause. We also recommend keeping all cable runs tidy and try to avoid overlapping cables where possible.
2. If you are using our AX310 with AM330, you can try disabling other audio routing channels one by one to clarify the root cause. (e.g., you can try disablinging Mic knob, to clarify if the static audio comes from Line-in)
3. If you are using a preamplifier or an audio interface, some preamps and audio interfaces may produce an unhealthy signal that can cause a hiss or static audio. If you are using AM330, you can just simply adjust mic volume or gain value when you are using AM330 with AX310.
4. Confirm if the static audio can be heard on all outputs (Creator/Audience/Chat output for example) or if it is isolated to an individual one (Headphone out or Line out)
