Why isn't my computer recognizing the GC515?
1. Please ensure that the GC515 is switched to capture mode.
2. In Device Manager, under "Sound, video and game controllers" and "Cameras," check if the GC515 X'tra Go is listed.
3. In Device Manager, under "Sound, video and game controllers," delete the GC515 X'tra Go, then rescan for devices and restart the computer.
4. If the device is still not recognized, try disconnecting all power from the GC515's Type-C ports, then reconnect the power and try again. If the issue persists, shut down the computer connected to the GC515, disconnect all power from the GC515's Type-C ports, power the computer back on, and then reconnect the power to the GC515.
