If nothing is captured on the preview screen, what should I do?
The images that can be displayed on the preview screen are as follows:
1. No Signal - Check if the input device is functioning correctly and if there is an image on the pass-through screen.
2. Out of Range - Verify if you are using a resolution that is not supported by the input device.
3. HDCP Protection - Disable HDCP functionality on the input device and turn it off in RECentral.
