Why do I experience frame drop issue on previewing or recording when chosen 4Kp60 RGB24 or 4Kp60 P010 format in RECentral 4?

It’s possible due to PCIe bandwidth allocated variously on each motherboard manufacturer. When you encounter frame drop issue (i.e. less than 60 fps), try to plug the capture card into another PCIe slot; or try NV12, YUY2 formats (refer to RECentral 4 settings).
