How do I fix the 0x80010105 error when I start recording and streaming in RECentral4?

Since our software using GPU to encode the video so a sufficient graphics card is in need. We would recommend checking the graphic setting on your laptop to see if the software RECentral4 been added in the power saving mode or not. You can simply change the power saving mode to high performance to fix the problem.
