After installing the driver on my Mac, my Mac still can't recognize the GC555. How to do?

After installing the driver on my Mac, my Mac still can't recognize the GC555. How to do?



Security and Privacy > General > Allow

In case you are installing our AVerMedia driver first time, we may recommend you follow below steps:

1. When the installation process finishes, please click on Open Security Preferences


2. Next, go to the left-bottom and Click the lock to make changes

3. Click on Detail


4. Tick on AVerMedia Technologies, Inc, then click on OK



5. Restart your MacBook
