ELIGIBILITY

To take part, you must be at least 18 years of age and residing in the United States of America and Canada.

 

SWEEPSTAKE ENTRIES

The usage of automated, programmed, or any similar entry methods, as well as incomplete entries, will not be permitted. Entries submitted by individuals who are not eligible to win according to the official rules will be eliminated.

 

WINNER SELECTION

Within seven (7) business days of the prize drawing, the winners will receive notification through email or Direct Message on our social channels. If the selected winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be chosen from the remaining eligible entries.

  

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be chosen randomly among the eligible participants that accumulate the most quantity of entries. 

 

AVerMedia may provide a prize of equal or greater value instead of the advertised prize if it's unavailable for any reason. If the prize is lost or stolen, AVerMedia will not replace it. Winners are responsible for paying any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes that apply to the prizes. Prizes are offered without written, express, or implied warranty and are provided "as is".

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon entering the Sweepstakes, the Entrant consents to comply with all of the Official Sweepstakes Rules. Additionally, the Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless AVerMedia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, business partners, employees, and any other organizations associated with the Sweepstakes from any liability or harm arising from or related to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. This includes any injury, loss, or damage of any kind that may occur as a result of participating in the Sweepstakes or receiving any prize.

 

AVerMedia has the authority to nullify, modify or halt this Sweepstakes, and may choose winners randomly from entries that meet the eligibility criteria submitted prior to the nullification or modification. The company may also modify the Sweepstakes in the event of compromised sweepstakes, unforeseen catastrophic event, or any other unexpected circumstance that could reasonably affect the Sweepstakes.

 

Any attempt by an entrant or any third party to tamper, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes by hacking, cheating, or damaging the sweepstakes entry process in any way will result in automatic disqualification from the sweepstakes and may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. AVerMedia reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant hereby agrees to AVerMedia’s collection and use of their personal information which will be subject to AVerMedia’s privacy policy. The Entrant acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, the Sweepstakes Official Rules, and AVerMedia’s Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAWS

 

Sweepstakes Terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and all entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of California for any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes.

Any action, suit, or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Terms must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in California.
