How can I fix when the video feed doesn’t run properly?

You can follow the below steps when your webcam stops working in CamEngine, OBS Studio, or other software.
 
1. Type C to USB Cable 
Please ensure you are using our Type C to USB cable.
 
2. Disconnecting other devices or connecting them to different ports can help. 
USB ports are controlled by what is called a USB controller. These controllers are used for pairs of USB ports. If both USB ports are occupied by high bandwidth devices such as USB capture devices, external hard drives, webcams, etc the available bandwidth may be used up.
 
3. Please ensure the firmware  are up to date: Download page
