Why won't my video output properly: screen flickers, cut off, or freezes randomly?
(1) To ensure the compatibility, check your computer's USB 3.0 whether it is a verified chipset made by Intel Native, Renesas, or Fresco.
Steps: Right-click My Computer --> Properties --> Device Manager --> Sound,video and game controllers --> AverMedia ExtemeCapU3
(2) View->Device by connection, make sure the USB port is Intel USB 3.0 extensible Host Controller
(3) This might be due to the lack of system efficiency. Please run the AVerMedia USB 3.0 Diagnosis Tool first to determine the platform-supported resolutions and then adjust the input resolution accordingly.
(4) Check whether you are using a stand-alone graphics card or try to update the USB controllers.
