When I have the camera on, I am getting continuous flickering or video flashes on my preview screen. What should I do?

 This might be due to the light inconsistency in your room. You can use our CamEngine and select Anti Flicker response rate to either 50Hz or 60Hz as shown below (Notes: it depends on your region and your LED light):


 
If you are using other adapters, USB to Type-C connector or docking station which may cause insufficient bandwidth. On the other hand, we might also recommend you temporarily disconnect some of the devices which may occupy the USB bandwidth.
