Why my PC cannot detect LIVE GAMER EXTREME 3 - GC551G2?

System Requirment:

Please ensure your PC system meet our minimum requirement:
• Interface:USB 3.1 (Gen 1) Type C
GC551G2 does not support  USB 2.0. We strongly recommended to use Intel chipset USB3.0 Gen2 or USB3.1 Gen1.
GC551G2 does not support Windows 7, Windows 8.1

• Mac System requirement: Operating system:  MacOS High Sierra 10.13
• It requires for you to check more information in detail: (GC551G2 Specification)
Notes:  GC551G2 does not support MAC M1/M2 system for 2K/4K Video Capture. ( 1080p60 does support)

OS status

Windows: Please head into: computer management> device management >sound, video, and game controller
