How could I adjust the setting when my voice is not clear in the meeting software?
1. Connect PA511D+AW111 to your computer
2. Check whether your computer has a noise reduction application (please check on the official website of the brand). If there is an application, please turn off all the noise reduction.
Enter "audio" on the taskbar, if there is a noise reduction application, for example, it will show "Realtek Audio Console" (depends on the computer brand)
Click "open"
In Realtek Audio Console: For recording devices (microphone), select PA511D. If the AI noise reduction was on, please turn it off.
In Realtek Audio Console: For playback devices, select PA511D. If the speakers noise cancellation (voice call) was on, please turn it off.
