How could I adjust the setting when my voice is not clear in the meeting software?

1. Connect PA511D+AW111 to your computer
2. Check whether your computer has a noise reduction application (please check on the official website of the brand). If there is an application, please turn off all the noise reduction.

• Enter "audio" on the taskbar, if there is a noise reduction application, for example, it will show "Realtek Audio Console" (depends on the computer brand)

• Click "open"

• In Realtek Audio Console: For recording devices (microphone), select PA511D. If the AI noise reduction was on, please turn it off.

• In Realtek Audio Console: For playback devices, select PA511D. If the speakers noise cancellation (voice call) was on, please turn it off.

• For PA511D, the default setting of AI noise reduction was on (set as "Medium"), there are three level (High/Medium.Low) for you to select (based on your environment)

• Turn on the AI noise reduction of AW111
