Why is there no sound on the TV monitor connected to the HDMI output?

Ensure that the signal source itself has audio output and that you are using the included Type-C to Type-C cable to connect the source to the C1 port of the GC313/GC313Pro. Additionally, make sure your GC313/GC313Pro is connected to a monitor via an HDMI cable (e.g., using a PC as the signal source in the example below).
Note: The Type-C to Type-C cable included in our package supports both USB Power Delivery (PD) and data transmission, whereas third-party Type-C to Type-C cables on the market may not have these capabilities.

If you are using the GC313, please confirm whether the signal source (PC) recognizes the monitor connected via GC313 as the audio output device.
