How to fix capture device flash orange light or not found ?

Orange flash light: Please make sure to use type c to c cable comes along GC553G2 box, to connect the Type c port with 10Gbps or thunberbolt on your motherboard/laptop

Notes: Please dont use general type c to c cable which may be only charging cable dont have sufficient USB transmission speed.



You can check if your capture device could be detected in the Device Manager
Windows: Please head into: computer management> device management >sound, video, and game controller
