Why is my preview video and audio out of sync/desync/audio latency or delay on Windows?

1 We recommend using Streaming Center because it runs more smoothly and performs better.
2 In OBS, using "Video Capture Device" for audio monitoring can cause AV sync issues. To fix this, switch to "Audio Input Capture" / "AVerMedia Multichannel Audio" for monitoring instead. (Make sure to disable the audio from "Video Capture Device" to avoid conflicts.)


Please set the resolution and FPS exactly according to the Video capture source, the FPS will usually be 60, 59.94, 30 and 29.97
☆ Reference Note: The FPS of common devices are as follows
PlayStation 4 & 5 : 59.94
XBOX Series X | S : 59.94
iPhone Pro Max : 59.94
iPad Pro : 59.94
ROG Phone : 59.94

For example, if you are using PlayStation 4 & 5, please choose "59.94" (1920x1080p)

Also, pease disable Video Capture device audio here, only enable Audio Input device



3 In Assist Central Pro, set VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) to OFF if you are using GC553Pro/GC553G2/GC575.
