Why do I only see a black screen in the software preview with no error messages?
If your software preview shows a black screen without any prompts or error messages, please check the following:
1 Content restrictions: Ensure your video source isn't playing protected content such as Netflix or other paid streaming/educational platforms.
2 Software conflict: Check if multiple applications are accessing the video source at the same time. Close any other software and restart the one you’re using.
3 Antivirus software: Try temporarily disabling your antivirus software (e.g., Kaspersky), as it may interfere with video capture.
