How can I check if the audio working properly?
First, please check your PC system requirement:
Windows: Windows 10 20H2(64bit) and above (Windows 11)
Mac: macOS 10.15 and above
To narrow down the root cause, it would be better to check how would you monitor the audio output.
There are 2 ways to monitor the audio output: Headset from the Headphone out, and speaker from the Line out.
Please use the headphone or speaker supported by 3.5mm TRS, Stereo.
If you can't hear your voice/commentary from your XLR microphone, you can check if you disable the monitor widget in Creator Central.
You can't hear your voice if you disable the monitor.
Enable the monitor, you should hear your commentary.
