In a third-party software application, there is an echo heard during audio calls with the AM350 microphone. How to solve it?
There could be a few possible reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps:
1. We recommend using headphones instead of speakers to avoid echo issues during audio calls.
2. To prevent audio feedback or echo when using the AM350 microphone, it is recommended to place the microphone
away from speakers or headphones.
3. Try to lower the volume of the AM350 microphone.
Note: It is recommended to avoid using speakers. If you need to use them, lower the volume of speakers.
4. If the AM350 microphone is placed near a wall or other non-sound-absorbing reflective surface, it is recommended to
move the microphone or turn its direction way from the reflective surface. (Purchasing acoustic foam is recommended.)
