What should I do if GC313 / GC313 PRO cannot charge devices? Does it support fast charging and charging multiple devices at the same time?
1. Supported cable requirements
Please make sure to use a USB Type-C cable that supports 5A or higher current.
※ The Type-C to Type-C cable included with GC313 / GC313 PRO meets this requirement.
2. Fast charging support
Fast charging is supported; however, both the charger and the connected device must support a compatible fast-charging protocol.
GC313 / GC313 PRO supports USB Power Delivery 3.0 (USB PD 3.0) only.
※ The following charging protocols may have compatibility issues with USB PD 3.0 and may not function properly:
Qualcomm Quick Charge (QC), Huawei SuperCharge, Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging (AFC), OnePlus Warp Charge, Mi TurboCharge (Xiaomi), Super VOOC (OPPO), etc.
3. Power output considerations
When using GC313 / GC313 PRO as a USB-C charger, please first confirm the power requirements (voltage and current) of the device you are charging.
Using a power source that does not meet these requirements may result in slow charging, unstable performance, or potential device damage.
The maximum power output of GC313 / GC313 PRO is 100W.
If your charging device (such as a gaming laptop) requires a power adapter higher than 100W, we strongly recommend using the original power adapter provided with that device instead of GC313 / GC313 PRO.
4. Supported charging devices
Please refer to the list below for supported charging devices.
5. Charging multiple devices simultaneously
Both GC313 and GC313 PRO can charge multiple devices at the same time.
However, please ensure that the power adapter’s total output (up to 100W) is sufficient to support all connected devices to avoid overload or overheating.
For detailed power distribution information, please refer to the section below.
