How can I use V-SYNC technology to record my PC game?

NVIDIA Control Panel->Manage 3D settings-> Program Settings -> Vertical sync “On” In case your frame rate (FPS) from the Gaming PC is often below your monitor’s maximum refresh rate, you need to enable VSYNC in-game, and also in your GPU settings otherwise you may see the screen-tearing issue. 
 
Please apply the following settings: 

NVIDIA Control Panel->Manage 3D settings->Global Settings -> Vertical sync “On”
