Every time I connect the capture device to Streaming Center or OBS, the software crashes, and an error message appears saying, "Device Cannot Function Properly." What should I do?

We’ve identified compatibility issues between AVerMedia StreamEngine software and Windows 11 24H2. It may cause Streaming Center and OBS to malfunction. An error message may appear and say Device Canno Function Properly.

StreamEngine has been unpublished and will no longer receive updates. Its corresponding models:
Live Gamer Portable 2 PLUS - GC513
Live Gamer MINI - GC311
Live Gamer ULTRA - GC553
Live Gamer HD 2 - GC570
ExtremeCap UVC - BU110

Action Required for all versions of StreamEngine:
Check your Windows installed apps. If AVerMediaEngine is listed, please uninstall it and restart your computer.
