What should I do if my computer doesn't recognize the AM310G2?

1. Make sure the cable is plugged in completely.
2. On Windows:
Go to Device Manager. Check whether AM310G2 appears in the Device Manager.


On macOS, check if the AM310G2 device shows up in Sound Input: 


3. Switch to a different USB port.
4. Try it on a different computer. 
5. Change it to a different cable.
