How do I fix the device capturing nothing in the preview screen
There are three different images you might see in the preview screen:
1. No Signal - Please check your input device work properly or not and confirm if there is an image on the pass-through screen.
2. Out of Range - Please check the resolution you set of the input device if you are using not supported resolutions.
3. HDCP Protection - please disable the HDCP function from the input device and switch off the function in the RECentral.
