My USB microphone AM310 picks up too much background noise (e.g. keyboard typing sound), how do I minimize it?
AM310 is a high-sensitivity microphone, any recording will capture some background noise more or less, but there are a few things that you can do to minimize interference. Follow the steps below for tips on how to minimize background noise.
1. Go to Windows Volume panel/ Recording devices, find your USB microphone AM310 and lower its volume level (note: the overall sound output will be lower).
2. Adjust the position, direction, and distance between AM310 and your keyboard in order to change the reception angle
3. Use AVerMedia VoiceEngine or a 3rd party audio software (audio filter) to suppress or filter the bass sound.
