Why are my speakers muted after connecting USB Microphone AM310 to my computer?

Please check your speaker settings by following the steps below:

Note: Make sure your USB Microphone AM310 is switched to MONITOR.

(1) Right-click on the speaker icon in your system tray, and select “Playback devices” (You can also access the speaker settings from the Start menu: Start → Control Panel → Hardware and Sound →Sound → Playback)


(2) Right-click on the icon corresponding to your speaker, and set it as the default device
