GC551 Live Gamer Extreme 2 is not detected by RECentral 4, what to do?

Please check following points:

1. Make sure to connect GC551 Live Gamer Extreme 2 to native Intel USB 3.0/ USB 3.1 host controller, try to switch the device to another USB 3.0/3.1 port.

USB 2.0 is not supported.

2. Don’t connect LGX 2 via USB hub.

3. Have you installed device driver? If the LED status on the GC551 is solid dark red, this means that Windows doesn’t detect it or the driver installation is incomplete. Please check GC551 status in Device Manager/ Sound, video and game controllers.

4. Try to restart Windows and replug LGX2 to USB 3.0/3.1 port. Make sure that the connection is firm and not loose.

When properly installed Live Gamer Extreme 2 LED will lit solid blue.
