When RECentral Express can't run properly or stop working, how can I fix it?

Please follow below steps to save system information, then send us the file:
Launch System Information.app> Applications>Utilities>System Information
Click [Save...].

1. RecentralExpress.log
Macintosh HD> Users> XXX> Library> Logs> RecentralExpress.log
2. RECentral Express_XXXXXXX.crash
Macintosh HD> Users> XXX> Library> Logs> DiagnosticsReports> RECentral Express_XXXXXXX.crash circled in red color
3. Configuration Folder
Macintosh HD> Users> XXX> Library> Preferences>RECentral Express> Configuration Folder (common_setting…etc circled in red color)
