How can I do live stream to YouTube via RECentral Express?

You need to make sure that you have enabled live streaming feature on your YouTube channel.

On your YouTube channel go to Settings/Account/Channel Status and Features,

at Live Streaming tab make sure to set “Enable” 

*NOTE: live stream will fail if the YouTube channel is not enabled for live streaming.
