What to do if Live Gamer 4K (GC573) flash a red light, and the computer does not recognize the device?

1 Please make sure to install download the GC573 driver for your device (Install here)

2 Please check and confirm “Expansion Slot” section of your motherboard’s Quick Guide or User Manual. Confirm existence of GEN2 X4 supported slot. Do not place X1 or X2 PCIe slot.


3 Please also check “PCH-IO” Configuration under your BIOS Advanced settings (make sure that PCI-E speed is not under Gen1 mode).
