Why my capture device has orange light(GC553G2) or green flash light (GC553/GC551G2/BU113/GC553Pro)?

Orange flash light: Please make sure to use type c to c cable comes along GC553G2 box, to connect the Type c port with 10Gbps or thunberbolt on your motherboard/laptop
Notes: Please dont use general type c to c cable which may be only charging cable dont have sufficient USB transmission speed.

GC553/GC551G2/BU113/GC553Pro
Greenlight indicate that insufficient USB bandwidth received by GC553/551G2/BU113/GC553Pro. Please check if the device is connected to a USB 3.2 (Gen 1) port by using the Type C to A cable comes along GC553/551G2/BU113/GC553Pro box. You can also try using different USB 3 port on your PC to see if it works. 


If you are a Mac user, we recommend you use type C to C with 5Gbps or above transmission speed or Thunderbolt 3 (USB‑C) cable (0.8 m) made by the original manufacturer (Apple).
