My ER330 stops working when I press the button on my remote control, how can I get the Log Files?

1.If the error on the screen occurs, please send the log file for our check
2.Press the [info] button, and the Recording Mode info will pop up on the screen.






3 Press the [F3] button three times to save the log

4 Take out the SD card or any storage driver from the device and then plug it into the PC computer/laptop.
5.Copy the file ER330_xxx_log.bak and send it to AVerMedia.
