Why is there no display even after connecting my GC313/GC313PRO?
1 Check Signal Source Compatibility: Ensure that the Type-C port of your signal source device supports DP1.2 output (or Thunderbolt 3 or higher). Use the C-to-C cable included in the GC313/GC313PRO package to connect your signal source to the USB-C1 port of the GC313/GC313PRO. (For example, devices like iPhone 15 Pro Max and Samsung S24U are supported.)
2 HDCP Settings (GC313PRO only): If the software preview shows HDCP (common with devices like iPads, iPhones, or Android phones), refer to our instructional video to turn HDCP off.
3 Reconnect the setup: If the above steps are verified and the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the GC313/GC313PRO and then power it on again
