When selecting the 4Kp60 RGB24 or 4Kp60 P010 format in RECentral 4, why do frame dropping issues occur during preview or recording?

It may be due to the varying PCIe bandwidth allocated by each motherboard manufacturer. When encountering frame dropping issues (i.e., below 60 fps), please try inserting the capture card into another PCIe slot or attempt using the NV12, YUY2 formats (refer to RECentral 4 settings).
