How to confirm that my PC specs are optimal to run Live Gamer Ultra (GC553)?

Problem,
Low FPS when using P010, RGB24, and YUY2 at GC553
When I select YUY2, the FPS is around 57 at GC553
When I select RGB24, the FPS is around 38 at GC553, and 45 at 2560x1440
When I select P010, the fps is also around 38 at GC553, and 51 at 2560x1440

Solution,
1-1) GC553 Diagnose tool: http://storage.avermedia.com/web_release_www/GC573/AVerMedia_Diagnosis_Tool_1.724.573.34.zip
1-2) RECentral 4 performance tool: please let us know the result or send us a picture directly the same as below:

2. Please use RECentral 4 embedded “Performance test” in order to confirm that you have the fastest connection ensuring stability and reliability.

To perform the test, click on the “Settings” icon on the upper left side, select the Live Gamer ULTRA and click on the “Performance” tab. Once there click on “Start” (it will take about 10 secs).

The performance test will let you know what resolutions and at which frame rate you can record. This table will depend on the pixel format you will like to record in, at the drop-down menu you can choose and see how these formats will affect your ability to record on which resolution and at which frame rate.

Note:

• YUV2: Medium quality, medium CPU usage

• NV12: Optimized performance, low quality, lowest latency, lowest CPU usage (default)

• RGB24: Highest quality, low latency, high CPU usage

• P010: HDR recording pixel format, high CPU usage (Only available for 1080p)

3. If you have checked 2 steps, but still not help, please send the HWINFO to AverMedia that could analysis your issues. Thank you.
